The Budget Operations Division is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the government’s budget, which includes developing, implementing, and monitoring the budget. By ensuring that all financial transactions are properly recorded, tracked and reported, the Budget Operations Division is an integral sector of Treasury making sure the Nation’s financial resources are used effectively and efficiently. The division is also responsible for creating and maintaining financial data and reporting to and guiding other divisions to make informed financial decisions.
