The Corporate Services Division provides support services to the Department through ensuring processes and systems are in accordance with the Public Finances (Management) Act and by providing planning, coordination and general administration support, and monitoring and coordinating human resource processes in accordance with the Public Sector Management Act. The four branches of the division are Human Resources, Finance and Accounts, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Personnel and Administration. The division also develops and implements a Human Resource Strategic Plan, undertakes organisation redesign, enhances planning and monitoring effectiveness, and strengthens relations with stakeholders.
